HOW MENTORING WORKS
I believe that every leader possesses incredible strengths. My role is to help you unlock them by identifying what's important to you, so you can align your energy and focus.
You choose the topic for each session, whether it's planning your next career move, dealing with change and complexity, challenging colleagues and Board members or planning a big speech.
I help you identify what success looks like and what you want to achieve from the session. Using coaching and business strategy tools, I guide you through identifying the issue, brainstorming possible actions and narrowing this down to the three key actions that you want to take.
This all happens in a relaxed conversation over a coffee or video chat (Teams).
Over a few sessions you develop a strategy for where you want to go and how to get there. Each session enables you to build momentum, while maximizing your time and energy.
I'm here to walk alongside you, listen carefully and respond in a thoughtful and considered way. My aim is to help you preserve your time and energy so you can be more relaxed, present and effective at work and home.
